One of the most nutritious and healthy foods that is known to mankind is Ragi.
A staple food of south India which offers wonderful health benefits, can be used in a lot of recipes such as porridge, pancakes, roti, cookies, dumplings, poori, idli, desserts...I can go on and on. Bonus is it's ridiculously cheap!! Some of the health benefits are as follows:
Gluten free
Rich source of calcium
Aids weight loss
Natural source of vitamin D
Great source of natural iron
Best had in the morning or at lunch as it also keeps you satiated for longer hours keeping constant food cravings at bay.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp ragi/finger millet flour
4 cups water
1/2 cup milk (diary or plant based)
Jaggery as per taste
2 tsp almond powder (optional)
Method:
-Mix the flour in water without any lumps and simmer it in medium flame until it starts to get thick
-You need to keep stirring it while it is cooking otherwise it gets lumpy
-Add the jaggery and almond powder and simmer it for 5 more minutes
-Add the milk and it's ready.
Notes:
-Can be kept in the fridge for 2 days. Heat up before using from the fridge.
-You can skip milk if you wish to
